Robinson Community Little League

Robinson Community Little League offers four divisions to provide a safe, fun, and educational baseball experience for players of various age and skill levels. Each division is designed to foster the growth of players as they develop their skills and understanding of the game. Here is an overview of our divisions:

Peewee League (Ages 6-8)

The Peewee League is an introductory division for players ages 6 to 8. This is a coach pitch league focused on helping young players develop fundamental baseball skills in a supportive and fun environment. The goal is to teach players the basics of hitting live pitches, base running, and defensive skills while promoting teamwork and sportsmanship.

  • Pitching Style: Coach pitch

  • Focus: Skill development, learning game basics

  • Games: No official score is kept, and standings are not maintained

Minor League (Ages 9-10)

The Minor League division is for players ages 9 to 10, with eligible 8-year-olds invited to try out. This division introduces a more competitive environment while continuing to build on fundamental skills. Players face live pitching, and games are played with official scores and standings.

  • Eligibility: Ages 9-10 (8-year-olds may try out)

  • Focus: Skill development, game strategy, introduction to competitive play

  • Games: Scores are kept, and standings are maintained

Major League (Ages 11-12)

The Major League division is designed for players ages 11 to 12, with the option for skilled 9- and 10-year-olds to try out. This division features competitive gameplay, where players refine their abilities in hitting, pitching, fielding, and base running. Games are played with official scores and standings to encourage healthy competition.

  • Eligibility: Ages 11-12 (9 and 10-year-olds may try out)

  • Focus: Advanced skill development, teamwork, competitive play

  • Games: Scores are kept, and standings are maintained

Junior League (Ages 13-15)

The Junior League division is for players ages 13 to 15. This division offers the most advanced level of play within RCLL. While games are highly competitive and scores and standings are tracked, players age 15 are restricted from pitching. The Junior League helps players prepare for high school baseball by emphasizing strategy, teamwork, and skill refinement.

  • Eligibility: Ages 13-15 (15-year-olds may not pitch)

  • Focus: Advanced gameplay, preparing for high school-level baseball

  • Games: Scores are kept, and standings are maintained


Each of our divisions provides a unique opportunity for young athletes to grow both on and off the field. Whether players are just beginning their baseball journey or preparing for more advanced levels, Robinson Community Little League is dedicated to supporting their development every step of the way.
